Notice of 2020 AGM
The DH Runners AGM will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday 21st November.

We are sure you appreciate that these are unprecedented times and circumstances are outside of our control. Therefore, the Committee are organising the AGM as close as practically possible to meet our club constitution, but things will look a little different this year.
One of the first changes will obviously be that we are unable to meet up at a venue, but we do plan on the AGM taking place using an online meeting platform.
This is your chance to reflect on the last year, hear about plans for the coming year and vote in the new committee, which will be carried out virtually/online, details of which will be announced in due course. It's been a while since we have had the opportunity to see you all so it would be great if as many people as possible could attend.
Below is a list of available committee roles. Being on the DH committee is an amazing opportunity to help the club function, grow and develop. We really appreciate people putting themselves forward and donating their time to help the club.
If you are interested in any of the positions, please email email@example.com before the 6 November 2020 with a few lines stating, "why you feel you would be the best person for this role". Please don’t send more than 200 words.
In line with the club constitution, current Committee members must stand down every year but are able to put themselves forward for roles and should also e-mail secretary with the same information if they are seeking re-election.
You are welcome to have a chat with any current committee members to find out more about their role too if you would find that helpful when making a decision to apply.

|Coaching Co-ordinator||To co-ordinate and support coaches and run leaders||Mark Drummond|
|Club Championship Co-ordinator||To select and co-ordinate championship races, results and announcements||Gordon Beattie|
|Cross Country Co-ordinator||Co-ordinating cross country season by sharing information on events, signing up process, being a point of contact for queries from members, coordinating teams||Matthew Holliday|
|Kit Manager||To place, collect, sort and distribute all kit orders||Kathryn Holliday|
