WE NEED YOU!

Once again, we have been asked to run a feed station at The Lakesman Triathlon in Keswick on Sunday 16th June 2024 but we can’t do it without YOU!

It is one of the most fun and rewarding days you’ll have! This year we will be based on the run route at the rugby club where will be supporting runners, offering food, drinks, words of encouragement and high fives.

We’re going to ask those willing to help to commit to a time slot of around 3 hours in length: this is to ensure we have enough help throughout the day and we will need your help for the whole of the time slot.

It can get very busy, and we need all the help we can get, whether it’s chopping up oranges, opening up crisp packets, refilling the drinks or tidying up.

The slots are as follows:

* 08:30 until 11:30 - this will include set up of the station
* 11:30 until 15:30 - this will include close down of the station
